Start by researching the program's roster and contacting Bob Dallis (Marge & Ron Boss '61 Family Head Coach of Women's Tennis) with your UTR rating, tournament results, and video. Most NCAA Division I recruiting starts sophomore or junior year of high school.
Typical recruited players at this level sit around UTR 9.0–11.0 (girls) and 10.5–12.5 (boys). Those are typical roster bands, not cutoffs — coaches recruit the whole player, and walk-ons can sit below the band. The most honest benchmark for Dartmouth College is its current roster's level: ask the staff directly.
Scholarship rules differ by division: D1 and D2 programs can offer athletic scholarships, D3 programs offer only academic/need-based aid, and NAIA/JUCO programs have their own aid rules. Ask the staff what is available for your recruiting class.
